This is a gentle fitness class on Zoom designed for mothers within the first few years after birth. The focus is on pelvic floor and core RECOVERY and support, while creating strength & daily functional movements awareness. We incorporate and accommodate babies into all areas of class, especially during exercises. Another strong focus in class is various motherhood discussion and support, including topics of incontinence, diastasis recti, prolapse, intimacy after birth, cesarean & perineal scar massage, discussing your birth experience, and more!
