Prepare Your Body for Conception

Here’s what we will cover each week:

Week 1- Liver Cleaning.

We’ll start off with cleaning up your liver. Your liver processes everything. You’ll learn how to clear this powerful organ from medication, birth control pills, alcohol, drugs, painkillers, and other stressors.

Week 2- Supplements, Nutrition, and Superfoods.

As your body begins healing, we want to make sure it’s getting all the nutrients it needs. You’ll understand how to flood your cells with nutrients and life, including critical supplements to include before and during pregnancy.

Week 3- Clearing and Protecting your Energy Space.

Focus on your spiritual health and your connection to the Divine, God, a Higher Power, and the Universe. You’ll learn a process to release stored negative emotions, breath work, and how to protect yourself from other people’s energy. We’ll discuss why designing a calm morning routine can help you to commit to your health, balance your hormones, connect to your intuitive higher self, and so much more.

Week 4- Hormones Balancing.

Get a basic understanding of how your hormones work and how you can support your body to restore your hormonal balance for optimal health; decreasing your chances of miscarriage and other pregnancy and birthing complications.

Week 5- Womb Healing.

You’ll remember the sacredness of your womb space and the sacral chakra (if this is new to you, don’t worry, I’ve got you covered). Trauma is stored in the womb, which can lead to complications and disconnection from Spirit and your baby. You’ll also learn about the importance of our sacred connection to mother earth and get some easy tools to restore this deep, supportive connection. This will support you in reconnecting and grounding and will bring you back to your primal divine self. You’ll also have a process to release stored trauma and ignite the mother goddess within you.

Week 6- Grief and Movement.

You’ll learn how and why to move the body. Exercise can support your hormones and fertility or hinder it, so you’ll learn the best way to move for you. It’s also important to understand the importance of allowing yourself to grieve your pre-parent self and the body and the life you had. Things will change and it’s okay to have sadness about your previous life. You’ll develop a greater capacity to experience joy and love for your new life with your baby and partner.

Even though Prepare Your Body for Conception is jam packed with empowering information, educational facts, and tools for you to implement - it's designed for everyone to take it at whatever pace is best for their current lifestyle. The classes will remain available after the 6 weeks for you to refer back to over and over again and implement new tools as you are ready.
